Washington Square Apartments is a 56 unit garden style multifamily apartment community, located in Shelby, NC, consisting of (40) two bedroom apartments, and (16) three bedroom apartments. The property was built in 2003 and provides Eagleview Capital with value add opportunities to drive Net Operating Income and overall returns for its investment partnership through active property management and mindful expense review and analysis.
