In November 2021, Eagleview Capital acquired the 46-unit Countryside Gardens, a multifamily community purchased through a 1031 exchange as part of our long-term investment strategy. The acquisition allowed us to preserve investor capital gains while transitioning into a strong-performing asset with growth potential.
Since acquisition, our focus has been on driving revenue growth and improving occupancy. Through hands-on management and targeted operational initiatives, we have worked to strengthen resident retention, implement modest rent growth strategies aligned with the market, and address property improvements that enhance the overall living experience.
