In 2023, Eagleview Capital acquired the 152-unit Pinecrest Village Apartments in Rockingham, North Carolina, further expanding our footprint across the Southeast. Pinecrest Village is a unique acquisition, as it represents the only non-subsidized, conventional apartment community in the Rockingham area, positioning it as a highly desirable housing option within its market.
Since taking ownership, Eagleview Capital has implemented a comprehensive value-add renovation program. On the interior, upgrades have included new flooring, modern appliances, updated cabinetry, fresh paint, and refreshed lighting and plumbing fixtures, creating a more contemporary and comfortable living environment for residents.
Exterior improvements have also been a focus, with enhancements to building exteriors, new roofs, improved landscaping, and general property restoration that have revitalized the overall curb appeal of the property. In addition, Eagleview Capital has made investments in rejuvenating the community’s amenities, including the Pool and Playground area, as well as a “Sport Court” reconstruction, ensuring residents have access to inviting and functional shared spaces that foster a sense of community.
