In May of 2017, Eagleview Capital completed the acquisition of its third multifamily property, located in Winston-Salem, NC, following successful debt and equity capital raising efforts.

Reynolds Manor Apartments is an 86 unit townhome and garden style multifamily apartment community, located in Winston-Salem, NC, consisting of (17) studio and one bedroom, (51) garden style two bedroom apartments, and (18) two bedroom townhome style apartments. The property was built in 1965 and provides Eagleview Capital with value add opportunities to drive Net Operating Income and overall returns for its investment partnership.

Following acquisition and overall property assessment and operations, Eagleview Capital continues to work cohesively with our on site personnel, our lender, and our investors to expand on our vision for this investment.
