Eagleview Capital acquired the Fairfield Apartments in June 2021. Fairfield is a boutique 20 unit multifamily property located in Winston Salem. Eagleview will begin significant exterior value add components to the property in 2021 as well as renovating interiors at the property in an effort to drive overall property valuation for its investors, and provide a best-in-class property within the submarket for its residents.
