Dan DeSantis - Managing Partner
Dan DeSantis, Managing Partner at Eagleview Capital, has been involved in real estate investment, development, and management for nearly twenty years throughout the northeast and southeast. Upon relocating to Charlotte North Carolina in 2005, he has successfully invested in both residential and multifamily real estate across both North and South Carolina. Through Eagleview Capital's end-to-end asset management platform, Dan seeks to identify off market assets operating below their full potential, acquire these properties at favorable cap rates relative to market peers, and deliver consistent and stabilized returns for his equity partners.
Dan has steadily grown the portfolio of Eagleview Capital since its inception, to over 1,000 units across the southeast, with properties in both North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. While managing through several market cycles, Dan remains steadfast on the tenets of capital preservation, appreciation, and risk mitigation, through the Eagleview Capital portfolio.
